Denise is a credit union lifer. In her 30 plus years in the movement she has held the positions of Teller, Member Service Rep., Loan Officer, Collector, Share Draft Coordinator, Trainer, Operations Manager, HR Director, and VP of Marketing and Business Development. She is passionate about loyalty economics and is a Certified Net Promoter Associate. Denise has spoken in every State and in Warsaw, Poland and Brisbane, Australia for the World Council of Credit Unions. She is the author of two books, a Filene i3 alumni, graduate of Western CUNA Management School, named CU Times Woman to Watch in 2012 and designed the CMN Credit Unions for Kids logo.
